What is a Home Care Package?

The home care package program is funded by the Australian Government, assigning packages to those eligible in order to provide long-term support.

The funding is not directly paid to you, but instead is handled by a Home Care Package provider on your behalf.

You and your care manager work within the rules of the home care package guidelines to assign services to assist you living at home.
